Are the estimates free?

Yes! We provide a no-obligation, free written estimate for a lump sum.


Do I need to purchase the materials on my own?

You can, but it is not necessary. We have access to local hardware stores and home improvement centers. We can pick up, deliver and install any materials you desire for the project.


Can I choose the material colors and manufacturers?

Of course you can, We leave the choices to you! You can also leave the selection of the manufacturer to us. We only use high quality manufacturers.


Do you charge by the hour or the job?

We do Not charge by the hour. We give an estimate for a complete project. By not charging hourly, we remove the risk of the project taking longer and ultimately costing you more than the estimate.


Can I pay by Credit Card?

Yes, We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Personal Checks.


When is payment due?

We expect payment in full at the completion of work. In the case of larger projects that involve purchasing materials or that require extended periods of time, before we begin we will discuss specific terms that might include deposits and interim payments.


Are you licensed?

Yes, we are licensed, insured and have workers compensation.


Do you work weekends and evenings?

Just like our customers, we have family we like to spend time with and attend our churches or community events. However, if the job calls for an emergency repair or need to meet the deadline, we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.
